This is the Mercedes GLA, essentially Merc’s Golf rival – the A-class – with its wellies on. The compact crossover is the baby of the Mercedes SUV family, and gives Stuttgart an answer to cars such as the Range Rover Evoque and Audi Q3. The GLA comes with a selection of four-cylinder petrol and diesel models; we’re testing the entry-level 200 CDI in top-spec AMG Line trim, yours for £28,030.
As if having the talent to race a Formula One car wasn’t enough, it turns out that some of our favourite F1 stars are pretty handy with a camera, too. Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC) is set to benefit from a second Zoom Photographic Charity Auction, which includes signed examples of pictures taken by F1 drivers and team principles during the 2013 season. Maserati GranTurismo: the lowdown
Maserati has finally revealed its new GranTurismo coupe, the replacement for the ageing Coupe/Gransport. As you can probably tell from these first photos, the newcomer is based on the existing Quattroporte saloon. The similarities go further than just the tasty curves - the new coupe will share most of its running gear with its GT sister, including the same 4.2-litre V8.
